Privacy Policy
Proreus is an international sourcing and trading company based in South Korea with operations in the United States. This policy covers this website and Proreus OS, the private operations software Proreus uses internally to run its trading work.
What we collect
- Enquiries. When you write to us, we keep your name, company, email, country and message to answer you and handle your request.
- Business records. For buyers, suppliers and partners we work with, we keep business contact details, correspondence and documents needed to source, quote and complete trades.
- This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Google user data
Proreus OS can connect to a Google account that its owner chooses to link. It asks only for read-only access:
- Google Drive (drive.readonly): to search and read documents and spreadsheets the owner uses for trading work.
- Gmail (gmail.readonly): to show the owner's business email in the Proreus OS inbox and link it to deals.
- Google Calendar (calendar.readonly): to show the owner's upcoming meetings.
Proreus OS never sends email, creates, changes or deletes files or events, or shares anything in the Google account. Google data is stored only in the owner's own Proreus OS database and is used only to provide these features to that owner. It is not sold, not used for advertising, not shared with third parties except the AI model providers that process it on the owner's behalf to answer the owner's own requests, and humans do not read it except at the owner's request, for security, or as the law requires.
Proreus OS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The owner can disconnect Google at any time in Proreus OS (Settings → Linked accounts → Google → Disconnect), which revokes access, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Data received from Google is deleted on request.
How we protect and keep data
Access tokens are kept in the operating system's secure credential store, never in plain files. We keep business records for as long as needed for the trade and for legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or stop receiving messages from us. We follow Korea's Personal Information Protection Act and other laws that apply.
